Not Twitter (TwitPic) Friendly,
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Samsung EC-SH100 Wi-Fi Digital Camera with 14 MP, 5x Optical Zoom and Touchscreen (Black) (Electronics)
I bought this camera with the intention of being able to upload photos to TwitPic via WiFI using the email function but was highly disappointed when I discovered that you can't edit the subject line of the emails that it sends out.
For anyone who has ever used any of the photo services for Twitter, you'd know that text in the subject line is what they used to create your captions. As it stands, the camera uses the spammy phrase "[User] has sent you a message!" as the email's subject line and that is what is posted as your caption online.
All in all, the has lots of potential. For anyone who uses Facebook, the camera would probably work well for you since it has built-in uploader for that. I don't use Facebook so I can't vouch for effectiveness of that function.

Isn't this more of a rant than a review? No review on how the picture quality is? or anything else?

My thought's exactly. This is not a review. It's just a guy bitching about his precious twitter account. Waaah!

Seems like a useful thing to know - there's no reason to expect that you can't edit the subject line of emails, so if you use any service (there are many in addition to TwitPic that work this way) like that, this camera won't work for you.
