While the rest of the world will get the fully uncut version of this movie, Americans will be stuck with a censored R-rated version. Shame on you Sony Pictures! Not buying until the fully uncut version is available.

Strike Commando says:
Get your facts straight before you poop all over yourselves like rabid monkeys. The US cut only lost about 4 seconds of gore in one scene to make the R-rating. The gore in question was just a few seconds of lingering on the gore that is barely noticeable. You're not missing anything.

Kontroversial Reviewer says:
4 seconds or 4 minutes, there is NO reason for the cuts on DVD/BR. Besides the director promised the uncut & unrated version on home entertainment.
You might not be interested if you get a censored version, but some of us are.

Actually Strike Commando, the cuts were made to two scenes: the fight involving Claw Hammer Girl on the train, and the hand-to-hand fight in the kitchen sequence, at the end. And, if you have seen the uncut version, you DO notice the cuts in the cut version!
