3.0 out of 5 stars Great Material - No Fly, December 4, 2012
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Champion Men's Performance Stretch Boxer Brief 2 Pocket (Apparel)
These have the material I was looking for however mine have no fly. Maybe I'm unaware of some new underwear trend but who doesn't want a fly on their underwear? Next thing you know, we will all be foregoing belts and wearing our pants halfway down our butt. Seriously, if you don't mind not having a fly, I would highly recommend these. The material is great because most others stretch throughout the day (get baggy) so they don't fit the same after a few hours. These stay the same all day, but no fly.

Due to the fact these are performance (sports) underwater they do not have a fly. When playing basketball although unlikely, there is a chance your bits could come out a fly. Therefore that is why all performance underwater do not have flys. Hope this explains it for you. So it is a trend for performance and most likely will stay around.

I'm almost 43 and I don't think I've EVER used a fly. I tried using the fly a couple times, thinking that they wouldn't be there unless they had a good purpose, but it just never worked for me. Meh...
