I have been using this for two weeks. I have lost 5 lbs in two weeks on this diet...and I REALLY have had WHATEVER I want on the off days!!! I was really worried about continuing my successful weight loss on this plan because it seemed to good to be true. But the weight continued to fall off with what seemed like a lot less effort than weight watchers or the Reader's Digest diet. I am able to stick to the 500 calorie days because I know the next day I will get to eat whatever I want. Deprivation is only a temporary thing that is remedied every other day! I have finally found a program that I can stick with...even after I reach my goal weight, going to the maintenance program will be so easy and I know I will be able to stick to it because it is even easier to manage than the regular EOD plan! I have successfully lost weight with other programs diets in the past, but as soon as I met the goal weight, I will go off the program and gain all the weight back. This time, I know I will not do that. I LOVE IT!!!
