Shubhra, I just wanted to let you know that I made the Lamb Vindaloo curry with chicken last night and it turned out AMAZING! I am so impressed with all of your recipes, I feel like I can actually make Indian food with ease and not be frustrated being on the phone with my mom during the process! I don't eat meat but made it for my boyfriend. He likes really spicy foods so I added a serano pepper to the recipe, it was perfect, he absolutely loved it and said it was better than ones he had at Indian restaurants! I think next time I will make it for myself with fake meat. I also make the cauliflower and mushroom and pea curry all the time but add dhaniya (corriander) to the recipe because I am used to adding that to my Indian vegetable dishes. I will be recommending this book to all of my friends!
