do you think this will fit on top of a think pad screen?

I went to Best Buy the other day and looked at this item just a few days ago and it didn't really interest me cause the best buy associate didn't really explain the details of the features nor the cam but once I got to see your video review it got me wanting to buy the item and wanting to try it out it made me feel confident in this product.
