Unsure if you've read other's reviews concerning the ultrabook's wireless quirkiness and/or capability, but I wish you would've touched on that.

Other reviewers stated that they changed a setting and the wireless problems went away. One other I read could not rid the problem even after changing the settings. I'm curious about the wireless capability of this ultrabook and if it is really as bad as others have stated. Also is the wireless reception a problem? Good review otherwise and thank you for giving attention and addressing other's issues. I may have to pick one up in a little while.

Thank you,
James

I have heard that too. But although it may be important to touch on the subject, I don't think it should be stated as a very big problem, since you can solve it with a simple wireless usb dongle.

Hey fella, sorry to be so obvious but have you actually ever used a MacBook Air? Dude I've owned both the Air and the Zenbook (now sold thanks to Gumtree) and there really is no comparison. Where shall I start... the Air's best feature is also the Zenbook's worst = the trackpad. The market leading, benchmark super responsive and precise large pad of the air is chalk compared to the cheesy, useless, smaller (the button area is not responsive at all), horrible to use Zenbook trackpad. Its just plain awful and this is only compounded by Windows 7.

After exhaustively researching and shopping ultrabooks for the past six weeks, including the Mac Air, I purchased this exact model at the Sam's Club in Harrisburg, PA for $698 a few days ago and am loving it. As a self-employed small business person who is an extreme "road warrior", my laptop needs to be light, snappy, and capable. Another major buying decision was that I did not have to learn a new operating system or worry about reconfiguring my MS Office 2010 Home and Business files to an Apple OSX. Just about perfect for my needs. Plus it is absolutely gorgeous to look at!!!

Forgot to mention that the Zenbook is a tremendous value compared to the Mac Air, especially when you take into account the planned obsolesence of computers.
