This review is from: Tommy Hilfiger Men's Ranger Passcase Wallet (Apparel)
It was a birthday gift for my friend. The box was high quality but when I opened it I was very dissapointed. The leather quality is very poor and the wallet doesn't looks so good in reality as on this pictures. It's not a good gift for a friend and even it's a shame to give this wallet to somebody as a gift. I didn't expected such a bad quality and not only the quality , but the look is much worse than on the pictures. It's very funny, but the leather quality of the box was even much better than the wallet leather quality.

I also purchased and received one which the quality did not seem authentic. Not only the leather didn't feel like 100% cowhide leather, but even the colored cloth strip in the center felt tacky and cheap. If it is an authentic Tommy Hilfiger passcase, then the quality has certainly declined. May explain why I saw the same passcase at local Macy's for $44. Beware when you are getting a deal this good I guess.

Never seen any Hilfiger product looking this bad. This can't be real. It must be a plagiat. This is not cow leather eather as it is stiff and too thin and breaks. The craftmanship is below zero. No straight cutting. Call Hilfiger Hotline USA for support. Maybe the can replace this thing

I bought one a few weeks ago when it was an amazon deal of the day. The wallet was purchased from amazon and not a third party selling on amazon. The wallet I received looked similar in quality to yours and was sent back for a refund the next day. The stitching and cut of the leather was so crooked that some areas of leather was lifting up because the stitching missed it. If it truly was a counterfeit wallet as some suggest, buying directly from amazon may not protect you from this.
