Your kidding right?????????????,
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Chuck: Seasons One - Five [Blu-ray] (Blu-ray)
Ok lets start off by identifying who your market is. We are DIE HARD FANS!!!!! Do you really think that we will be satisfied by you just bundling all the separate seasons together and giving us a discount!?!?!?! What is wrong with you WB?!?!?! This is how you want to reward the fans that petitioned, went to Subway, and basically followed the series like junkies?!?!
You didnt even take the time to make a simple box to put the discs in with some arts on it. It is the lowest of the low way of presenting a series that we have come to love and cherish. I have been staring at this page daily for the last month and a half waiting to see what you would do. If you were going to change the picture and show us something that was worthy of OUR show. I even did the same thing with the WB page, and same thing;
You could have done anything, you could have made a cheap box, you could have even put them all in a single case. Or you could have done what we all expected and hoped you would do and made something SPECTACULAR. Bundled with some intersect glasses or a buymore shirt, a Jeffster cd. I mean come on!!!!! the amount of ideas that the simplest Chuck fan could produce is astounding. This was a great show, one that we will sorely miss. It deserves to be sent out with a bang.
I would have gladly shelled out good money if you had done even the simplest of things to honor this show. Instead it feels like you consider the show garbage, and us fans even lower than that.
Seriously.... EPIC FAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I say we boycot this and rally, lets show the WB the same thing we showed when they said they would cancel Chuck. We petitioned, we shouted "HELL NO". I say we force them to make a box set that is worthy of Chuck. Lets let our voices be heard again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You can buy each season seperately cheaper than this set. If all it is is the 5 seasons all bundled together. It's not really a good deal.

It's not even out yet, so relax. This bundle was looks like it was made by Amazon based on discs they purchase individually, not by WB. (That it's just the five seasons bundled together is strong reason to think that. Plus if it were an official WB bundle it would be called "The Complete Series" not "Seasons One - Five".)
So let's give them the benefit of the doubt for now and hope that there's a proper Complete Series box set coming in the future.

Um...this isn't a box set dvd, it's just all the seasons sold in one order by Amazon. They do this for most any show, both before and after a complete series box set comes out. It's usually set at the Amazon sum price for the individual seasons, but tends to be more expensive than buying each season separately.
So don't get too upset at Warner Bros yet...the complete series box set is in the works.

Dude. Trust me, you don't want a "special" box for the series. They did that with Stargate SG1. Guess what happened. The new snazzy, however cheap ass packaging ruined many of the disks making them unwatchable. Then you get the joy of returning it 3 times then just gving up and asking for your money back. Just be happy you can get the whole show at a discount.

For people denying that this is the complete set released by Warner Brothers, I give you this link showing that this product is in fact what WB decided to release as a "complete set"

Actually, when buying a complete show, I much prefer them to be the individual seasons. If they come in an overall slip box that's nice too, but not a must. I don't need to pay for a lot of ridiculous packaging or extra booklets that probably don't add to my enjoyment of the show.
So, when I bought the complete, Bob Newhart (original series), Mary Tyler Moore Show, Boston Legal, or even Battlestar Galactica I was glad they were this way.
Just my preference.
