You mean losing weight doesn't have to suck?,

The net result? I lost 22 lbs and NEVER felt like I was dieting. So, of course, I picked up one of the first copies the moment the book became available.
The human body was never meant to diet, and if you feel like you're punishing yourself all the time, your chances of staying on one are slim (pun intended) to none.
Kayla's book will teach you how to make simple, easy, incremental changes to the way you eat -- both at home and while out -- that will have you losing weight naturally, the way you were designed to. I highly recommend this book.
