You might try adding some light when you're webcamming at night. You'll get more grain with the less light you have. If you want broadcast-like quality video, try using an actual camcorder and not a webcam. There's a big difference in the CCD between the two.

This is a 15 fps camera. The video should look smooth. Your video looks more like 1 fps. You must be doing something wrong! You should contact customer support!
