Charger Mix-up, May 15, 2009

Video describing my resolution of Adorama shipping the Sony Cybershot DSC-H10 with a charger that does not work in North America (where I live). The Adorama rep gave me a number for Sony customer assistance (888-476-6972) - and the Sony rep is shipping me a correct charger at no cost.

Another consumer giving a low rating based on everything but the camera itself. Nice video, but couldn't you just post the Sony number in your post without us having too watch the whole video before you coughed it up?
