Viewsonic VFM1536-11 - Dead on arrival,
This review is from: Viewsonic VFM1536-11 15-Inch Multimedia Digital Photo Frame (Electronics)
Decided to buy a Thanksgiving gift for my entire family: a picture frame that can hold everyone's pictures. What can be nicer right? Purchased from an established manufacturer (VIEWSONIC). What can be more reliable? And should something go wrong there should be no problem because ViewSonic is a well established US monitor dealer with good customer service, right? WRONG! This thing died 3 hours out of the box. (No exaggeration). The best the VewSonic is willing to do is put someone on the phone who will apologize at a rate of 20 time / minute, at the end of which they still refuse to replace the frame. All ViewSonic reps do is insist that I send them their malfunctioning product at my cost and get it repaired. Also at my cost. In short, if this thing works for you. Great. But if something goes wrong, you are plain out of luck. You just spent $150 on a paperweight purchasing it from a company with ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT and whose best tech support idea was "can you press pres 'on' button and hold it for two minutes?" (By the way, there is no "on" button that can be held. There is a regular on/off switch that you click).

If you bought this through amazon, they should take the return, postage paid. Good luck.
