Over 100 used and not one problem,
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Verbatim 25 GB 6x Blu-ray Single Layer Recordable Disc BD-R, 25-Disc Spindle 97457 (Electronics)
I've used over one hundred of these discs now, in the last couple months, the ten disc spindle and the 25 disc spindle. I've burned movies, as well as data and I haven't had one issue yet. All clean burns and everything has played back and read perfectly. I'll be continuing to buy these until other brands such as Sony, TDK, and Panasonic decide they don't need to charge so much for their blank Blu-ray media.
I feel it should be noted that everything I've burned has been done with an i7 quad-core processor, running Windows 7 64-bit version, Image Burn (burning program), an internal LG Blu-ray writer, writing the media at 4x.
EDIT - 9-20-2012: I felt I should update my review and verify that all of my discs still work just the same as the day I burned all of them, almost a year ago. I'm not sure why so many people are having problems with this media. So many people claiming they "lost data' or the "discs went bad". I've bought every brand of CD-R, DVD-+R, and Blu-ray discs over the last 12+ years and I've never had a disc go bad or stop reading. I've bought the cheapest CD-R media that you can imagine, at times, and left them in my car for years and they still play on my CD players, like the day I first burned them. I can only guess that some people simply don't know what they're doing when they burn these Blu-ray discs. I also have a sneaking suspicion that some people are incorrectly reviewing the Verbatim LTH (Low to high) Blu-ray media on this product page. The Verbatim LTH Blu-ray media has been widely proven to have spotty performance.
I have TWO SEPARATE COMPUTERS with TWO DIFFERENT MODEL BLU-RAY DRIVES and I have burned probably, almost, 200 of these model discs (Not joking) and I haven't had a single coaster (Also, not joking) and all the discs still work just as the day I first burned them. Still a 5 star review, all the way for the Verbatim 97457 Blu-ray media!
EDIT - 8-9-2014: All of my discs are still playing perfectly, just for any people doubting the longevity of these.
