5.0 out of 5 stars KIX Returns and Almost Sounds Like They Never Left, August 5, 2014
This review is from: Rock Your Face Off (Audio CD)
What do you know it's a brand new stinkin' KIX CD! Brand new and pretty damn awesome. If you're a fan of good, fun rock and roll, then you will enjoy the effort put forth by the dirty boys of the underground. Songs like "Wheels in Motion" , Can't Stop the Show and Rock and Roll Showdown", show the band has not lost a step in writing kick ass, riff laden rock songs that stay crammed in your head forever.

Steve Whiteman might have aged since the last album, but his voice sounds timeless on this record. A few times I had to check my calendar and make sure it wasn't 1988. The new KIX sounds fresh and new yet still manages to harness a lot of the old sounds that made them great back in the 80s.

Sit back and crank this up and enjoy some good, FUN rock and roll. Sure the lyrics might be loaded with sexual innuendo and double entendre, but you know what? That's not a bad thing! Life is too short and you're never too old to rock out with your...........................out!

Have you been to a show lately? Steve Whiteman has NOT aged. It's insane.

Right! Seen them in 2010 they were amazing. His voice sounds exactly the same and he looks the same. Reminds me of Phil Lewis of L.A. Guns he"s the same way.
