Great travel shoe,
This review is from: Merrell Women's Barefoot Pure Glove Running Shoe (Apparel)
This is the type of shoe that many of us look at, contemplate, and then don't buy. If you're really going to run in them, logic tells us to get a "real" running shoe. However, it's so much easier to suspend logic for purchasing for someone else. I bought these for a friend of mine who is traveling light, and running light. She loves them. In fact, she gave them such verbal praise that her roommate, who is traveling to India for six weeks, went out and bought a pair too!

I'll be going to Italy in just a few weeks. I broke my foot a little over a year ago and often still have some pain while wearing heels (although I still do it for work). Mostly, I have issues while walking on uneven surfaces, even in comfortable ballet flats. I've noticed it mostly while visiting Boston (walking on cobblestone type walkways). Do you think these shoes would be a good thing to wear while walking many miles every day for a week in Italy (due to my particular issues)?
