While I can appreciate the new twist on the Angry Birds game and enjoyed the new powers I can't help but feel slightly cheated by Rovio. As they continue to release games, they want to continue to milk the consumer. I'm fine paying $2.99 for a full game. But when it becomes $2.99 for a full game and $1.99 for an extra location and then you can buy endless aids in the game. Yes, I understand you don't need to buy these items, but if anyone else did this with their apps, people would be flipping out and Rovio isn't a company hurting for money.
Does the game work on the Kindle Fire, yes it does. It lags a little at first, but then it keeps up the face. Controls are responsive and fine.
Besides the new powers that some of the characters have, you also get the iconic backgrounds from the film series. The villains follow the series of villains from the movies, so it truly captures the Star Wars theme.
Honestly, I am underwhelmed with the game. To me, it's like Episodes 1 - 3 after experiencing 4 - 6 and knowing that it's already been done better.
