Expendable Elite: One Soldier's Journey into Covert Warfare

Marvin's book is well-written and detailed. What he reveals is typical CIA maneuvering from that era. I do not understand why the Special Forces Association attacked him. All they did was draw attention to the book.

 Daniel Marvin says:
Reprehensor accomplished a tribute to truth in his excellent review of my book. His mention of John McCarthy was most noteworthy. I first learned of John McCarthy's role as a Green Beret assassin for the CIA from an undercover CIA agent who was also involved in operation "Cherry" operating out of the city of Bangkok, Thailand. There is no doubt about the mission brought to my camp by CIA agent Walter Mackem - as we proved in Federal Court in January 2006. Anyone who doubts this FACT - should go to www.ExpendableElite.com and read all about it. You may even listen to the audio tapes made by the Plaintifs back in 1988 that prove the truth of the book and even provide additional truth which I wrote into the manuscript that Trine Day published.
