Not your stereotypical view of women who carry guns.,
This review is from: Chicks with Guns (Hardcover)
Funny that the very thing that bothered the first reviewer is what I found refreshing.
All the photographs are interesting and show that women who carry guns do so for many reasons. I especially liked the black and white photos. They have an intensity that works well for the subject in the particular photos. Also the contrast of the white space opposite the photo makes the photo stand out. I don't mind the small print, because it again keeps your attention on the photograph. The photos and the stories each stand on their own and collectively tell the whole story.
Maybe the first reviewer needs glasses?
I applaud the photographer for finding the essence of each woman, through her camera lens, and making the correct choice by capturing their unique essence in either black and white or color.
My perception of women who carry guns has been positively changed by the photos in this book.
Thank you Lindsay McCrum for broadening my point of view.

Grow the hell up, Woodlandtrails; how old are you? Going by your maturity level, my guess is 14 . . . no, make it 12. If you get that bent out of shape over something as mild as spinningfool's remarks, then you must be one of those pissed-of-at-the-world people nobody cares to be around for more than five minutes. Take a deep breath, count to ten, and Google "anger management."

BOPMan, LOL - you responded in the same way. Take your own advice, take a deep breath and google "anger management classes" preferably where the sun doesn't shine.
