I have been calling, emailing, and leaving voicemails for over 2 weeks now and I haven't received any sort of call back. When I call I will stay on hold for endless amounts of time and then transferred into a voicemail that hangs up on me. Sure it has the best warranty around, but there is no way to actually use it. I will update this review if I have any sort of positive experience what-so-ever.

I feel your pain I have also been trying to get ahold of someone to fix my issues, because I don't trust their money back guarentee and I don't want to pay for the shipping either I wanted them to fix the darn thing and no such luck. I was supposed to get emails and calls back from some service manager lady but nothing. I hate this company!!!! I am going to contact the BBB and complain too.

If you paid with a credit card, you can dispute the charge for the treadmill with your credit card company based upon misrepresentations and/or defective merchandise. You have 60 days from the end of the billing cycle in which the charge was made to file the dispute.

I was treated the same way. No matter how many emails I sent or voice messages I left, they NEVER called back! My re-ordered parts were two months late. My smmoth treadmill was out of order that many months. Truly a piece of scrap!

My sympathies....had my issues with them last year over an elliptical....believe all you want about their "excellent product", but if they can't execute the transaction in an acceptable-to-the-consumer manner, all I can say is "move on"'s not worth it for any savings you get at the "front end", you'll end up paying later....!!!

I agree 100%!!!! My treadmill that is supposed to have a "lifetime warranty" from Smooth Fitness is useless because the company wont respond. When I do get someone on the line after repeated calls, they have lied to me and been extremely rude. Even a supposed supervisor, Jimmy, outright refused to apologize for the lack of response and the fact that they gave my part away (that they had told me was coming in a week) to someone else. They have been the worst company I have ever dealt. I have never written reviews on anything, but am taking the time to post my experience so no one else has to go through this headache. Buy any other brand than Smooth Fitness.

As a potential buyer who has changed her mind, I contacted customer service via chat and explained why I had decided NOT to buy this product. "Mark's" response was "Have a nice day and we are not selling the 5.65 any more". However, it is for sale all over the internet. And current owners still need support. DUH! So I guess when they discontinue a model that means no more customer service for existing owners and no more warranty. Sorry for all your troubles, but a HUGGE thank you to everyone who voiced their headaches, saved me a big one. PS: I noticed the reviews on THEIR website are all glowing reports. Read them for a good laugh. They show what they call "Amazon" reviews on their site, unfortunately, they don't even come close to the reviews on the ACTUAL Suspect they have been doctored. Dreadful. Dodged a bullet on this one. Thanks again all.
