I like to read books before i go to sleep - every time i'm done reading, i had to walk across the room to switch the lights off. So lazy i am that i ended up buying this to use it indoors for my tube light. It works like a charm, never gave me any problems. I even tried controlling it from the next room and also from outside the house and it was still able to receive the requests. The only problem is, once in a while i lose the remote and would have to manually remove the kit from the power outlet to use the lights, it wouldh've been nice if they provided with an on/off switch on the receiver too. Otherwise, the product works as stated in the description.
