What I like about this book are the insightful "mental exercises" Dr. Ian included at the BEGINNING as opposed to just lunging into a diet program. The eating program is very simple, easy to prepare, and filling. He even includes suggested workouts for each day. The back of the book includes several healthy, simple recipes.
YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT! But the key is applying what you learned from the book and applying it to everyday life.
