This is a really good price point for this TV,

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program (What's this?)I previously had one TV in the house. At one point we had an extra one in my bedroom, but my wife hated the large CRT TV and how much space it took. Not to mention it wasn't HD, which meant you missed out on the quality picture available through Netflix and cable.
We placed this TV in our bedroom, on a dresser. While the TV has a pretty large screen, it is so thin that it takes up almost no space on the dresser. It's very sleek and I actually think it looks pretty good in the room.
On the good side, again the TV is really sleek. It has a nice black finish that makes it work well in almost any space. The screen size is good. It has TONS of inputs, which is very important give all of the connected devices these days. The menus seemed pretty easy to work. The picture quality is pretty good.
On the downside, the picture quality is limited to 720P. You can tell a difference when comparing the picture of a 1080P TV next to this one, even at the smaller size of this TV compared to something 40 inches+. The remote seems super cheap to me, almost to the point that I would be afraid to drop it.
Overall, given the price of this TV, it is a steal. The TV is working out perfectly for my wife and I and I am very happy with it. We generally use it to watch videos on our ROKU device and it has performed flawlessly. Would I replace my main TV with this one, No. But I certainly wouldn't hesitate to use it in a spare room or in a bedroom.

Very nice thought out piece of work. May I ask, would it make a good computer monitor? Does it have the monitor outlet in the back?

It does have a VGA input, however I can't really answer whether it would be good as a monitor. Computers have a much higher resolution than most TVs. I would be more inclined to buy a monitor dedicated to that purpose, unless you were looking for it to be a media center.

Hi BL White, we've used it with the Xbox and with the computer. Nothing like Walking Dead zombies jumping out at you on a big screen like this!
