This review is from: Founders: A Novel of the Coming Collapse (Hardcover)
I loved Patriots.
I was disappointed in Survivors.
Founders was both a waste of my money and my time.
I feel like I have been "had".

That is a perfect summation right there.

This review perfectly sums it up as succinctly as possible. Spot On Review.
I can't believe all the people I had turned on to JWR in the past. I feel like I was working for a scam artist and didn't know it. His continuing defense of this absolutely horrible book only makes it worse. I would have more respect for the man if he just admitted he dropped the ball. Never, ever will I buy anything from this author again. The true question is, if JWR wrote Founders, who wrote Patriots? They clearly were not written by the same person.

LOL, your review is so similar to a comment I just posted on another review. I said basically the same thing you're saying, except that "I'm going to save myself the disappointment and skip Founders."

Ditto, man. I loved Patriots - lots of INFORMATION. Usable INFORMATION.
Survivors, on the other hand - I almost wonder if it wasnt a Ghost Writer. Just nowhere near Patriots.
