Great UX Book for managers,

When it comes to management books I'm often skeptical about reading something new. The reason being they tend to restate what other books have already covered and don't offer anything new or practical. I can't say this about Arnie Lunds book, I found it to be an easy read and offer some great practical advice on how to hire, coach, and lead a UX team.
The information contain in this book is great for both beginners and experienced managers since it offers many real life scenarios that you can relate to. Also, the content is arranged in a format that you can easily jump to a topic you need might need assistance on....so it's not the type of book you need to read cover to cover to learn something.
If you are a manager of UX/Design teams I highly encourage you to pick up this book.
