This review is from: More Guns, Less Crime: Understanding Crime and Gun Control Laws, Third Edition (Studies in Law and Economics) (Paperback)
This book is a very objective look at the relationship of violent crime vs. guns.
Lott's book is almost entirely based on statistics. It isn't the most entertaining book to read but it is filled with facts and information that will blow your mind. Because of it's statistical backdrop, this book essentially separates the media's biased messages from what actually happens "in the real world". By no means is this an exciting book, however it is a must read if you truly want to understand gun control and crime.
I highly recommend this book especially for people who are pro-gun control.
Good book, objective, statistically based (boring), but extremely informative.
