How to capitalize on your strengths?,

Obviously you must first know them. Both SF1.0 and 2.0 do that very well.
Read the first [StrengthsFinder 1.0] and found out a lot about myself and my five core strengths. Wanted to find out if I have changed/grown based on life experiences since the first one and to take advantage of new data incorporated in SF 2.0.
Guess what! My strengths have changed some. I sure some is due to the additional research they did and the rest to the fact that I have changed. I would highly recommend this if you are looking to find what your strengths are. In today's job search world we all must figure out our key strengths and sell those strengths. The analysis was spot on for me and makes it easier to craft a marketing statement that sells my strengths.
