5.0 out of 5 stars Best MLP set ever!, July 8, 2012
By
This review is from: My Little Pony Princess Wedding Castle (Toy)
My daughters have just about all the G4 MLP playsets~ big and small. This Royal Wedding Castle is by far the best one yet. It is large, with a staircase going to the second floor, a purple swing and sweet little decorations. It proves hours of playing enjoyment for my girls. The absolute best part of this set is that the included bride and groom ponies (Shining Armor and Princess Cadence) actually look like the show's portrayal of them. Most soft-haired ponies look pretty generic, where their expressions are only slightly resembling the characters. Shining Armor (our first boy pony, yay) has the chiseled jaw and same eyes. Princess Cadence looks stunning with very true eyes and posture.

Now, I know that there will be discepencies pointed out by some die-hard Bronies, but these are NOT collector's figurines by the Franklin Mint. These are low-cost renditions of the show, originally meant to be played with by little kids~ but these ponies are designed very well. My oldest wants to add that their outfits are adorable too;)

:D My only complaint ever is that Baby Sister manages to pull it apart too easily. The older two have no issues with it falling apart on them though. Just Baby Wrecking Ball! lol

It does come apart easily, but if it didn't, Baby Wrecking Ball would've broken it permanently the day she started playing with it, right? It's a necessary evil.

Great review, BTW. I will say that I can't imagine Bronies complaining at all about the figures. These are as show-accurate as you could possibly get!
