This review is from: Helen's Asian Kitchen Parchment Steamer Liners, Pack of 20 (Kitchen)I steamed dumplings for 45 minutes with these and the meat was still raw in the middle. Very little steam gets through the parchment paper when cooking. You're much better off buying a roll of parchment paper at the grocery store and poking your own holes in it.

i don't blame you - i use an outer leaf of lettuce or i cut my own square of parchment (which allows steam from the sides)

I thank you for you comment and agree. I bought a roll of parchment and cut them in kind of /sort fo a circle. Works great! Much cheaper. They don't have to be a perfect size. And you can slit in it according to what you require! Thanks.
