3.0 out of 5 stars Polaroid OneStep SX-70 White/Rainbow Camera, March 17, 2013
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Polaroid OneStep SX-70 White/Rainbow Camera (Camera)
Hi,

My 12 year old daughter was looking for an instant film producing camera. She saw this one. I did not know in the discription that when it says flast attachment it really ment, "You will need to buy a flash as it does not come with one". And that PX Color Protection Films does not mean, "70 frames of film". So if anyone wants this type of camera make sure you understand the short words of discription. It should have said, "8 Color Photos with a non flash polaroid camera". Those words would have helped me NOT buy this camera. As my daughter found out that you have to be outside in order to take a photo and during day light.

We will keep this over priced item but are buying another polaroid for our other daughter that has a flash with the camera, clearly marked film, and a better price of $44.00.

Thanks.

I think they just mean that they are getting a cheaper and later model that has a flash as part of the camera.

There are many Polaroids from the 90s that have the flash included inside the camera and can be purchased for much less than $50.

However, the quality is different.
