This review is from: Epica Remote Dog Training Collar Shock and Vibration for 2 Dogs, Provides Safe but Annoying Static Stimulation- Ability to Shock or Vibrate Each Dog Separately (Misc.)
The company is very accomadating and needs to be as the quality is not quite there. One of mine would not vibrate. The company promptly sent me another free of charge. Now another collar has poor motion detection and this replacement is 15 bucks. So I rate theses as - "will help with training but not rock solid quality". They perform as stated when they perform. I guess the reality is you should only need this type of training device for a couple or maybe up to 4 months anyway. That being my case they have done the job at a reasonable cost.

How did you contact the company? All I have is the box and one of ours has quit working good...it takes a big shake to activate it. I have searched all over the internet and all I find are places to buy it from, not how to contact the manufacturer.

So I'm having the same problem one of my collar broke after 2 weeks. I emailed the company at brookhillenterpries@gmail.com. I received no reply. I was wondering if anyone had any other advice on how to get one.
