This review is from: SMART SCHOOL TIME RECIPES: The Breakfast, Snack, and Lunchbox Cookbook for Healthy Kids and Adults (Kindle Edition)I could only find one recipe in this book that did not require special ingredients from a health food store. That was for roasted almonds that used only raw almonds, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Every other recipe requires milk substitutes, gluten-free flours, protein mixes, dairy-free, and so forth. I'm sure there is a group of people that will love that book for this reason, but for this non-allergic to food eater, it isn't my cup of tea. I gave it only 2 stars because there really wasn't any up-front information about it being for everything-free cooking.
