I read the Ultra Simple Diet paperback first, which then led me to the UltraMetabolism Cookbook. The cookbook has easy-to-follow recipes that clearly state allergens not included in the ingredients (such as gluten free, dairy free, etc.), making it easy to find a recipe that suits your needs. Every recipe I have tried has been very tasty. These recipes make is much easier to stay on track and lose stubborn belly weight.
