The virgin diet is pretty tough to stay on mainly because it does not allow "moderation"- in other words it you fudge even a tiny bit and eat even a small quantity of the foods you are supposed to be avoiding, you have to start your testing cycle over again.
This cookbook has been a huge help since all of the recipes are all tailored to avoid the forbidden ingredients. My goal is to try all 101 of these recipes while on the virgin diet program - so far my favorites are the Citrus & Garlic Pork Tenderloin with Greek Salad, and Thai Curry Shrimp with Basil-Lime Rice... Excellent!
