The best game with a flaw you'll ever play,
This review is from: Mass Effect Trilogy [Online Game Code] (Software Download)
I'm a HUGE fan of the Mass Effect series having owned and beaten all of them on the Xbox360 multiple times. I recently purchased all 3 of the games again (individually at a much higher price) and have loved the series all over again. I will say that the major draw back for me is that the PC versions of the game don't support a controller. I'm not a fan of mouse+keyboard for fast-paced action games and this is the only thing that has kept me from sinking another 100 hours into this series again.
Bottom Line: If you're solid on a mouse and keyboard there is NO reason why you shouldn't snag this up. I'm an old-school gamer and this is easily one of the greatest series of all time.

Just copy and paste the script for the 360 controller works good.

@R. Mikolon, sorry, could you elaborate? Not sure what you're trying to say. Are you saying there's a program to make the Xbox controller work as good on PC as it does on the console version?

Yes, any game can be made to work with nearly any controller, it just takes some knowhow. But if you want an easy solution, try the program called "xpadder"

I am a console player from way back, and I hate PC controls. I got a program called Xpadder and a PC controller to use with it, and I can map out the controls with Xpadder and use a controller. I've played all 3 games this way. It's great, I love it!
