This review is from: SquareTrade 4-Year Camera Protection Plan ($250-$300) (Electronics)
I had to file my claim twice because the first person never entered any if the information into the system. I thought the entire Square Trade warranty business was a scam. I received an email that they had sent me a check but I have never received a check from Squate trade. I did send the camera back so I'm out that as well. I don't recommend Square Trade nor will I use them again. I guess I'm going to have to try and get my money back from Amazon. The entire process has been a huge waist of time for a $50 camera.

I have to just add that I have no personal affiliation with SquareTrade but I've used them for years. a previous television I had developed major issues and I used my warranty options. They not only fixed the issue but I had 5 star service. No questions, no hassles. There is nowhere else you can get so much value at such little cost. Comparatively speaking. I have since made it a point to buy warranties from SquareTrade on all my large purchases. It gives me such piece of mind!

All humans make mistakes and when it comes to a business, unless there are extraneous circumstances, I like to give the business one more chance to make things right before I jump to conclusions about the business as a whole. I hope you've given them a second chance to make things write. I'd love to hear a follow up if there is one.
