Bentonite Clay with Psyllium Husks shake for CLEANSE,
It's an amazing product. I was taking the Bentonite Clay with Psyllium Husks in a shake form for about a month. It's a great way to cleanse your system not only from toxins but aslo from heavy metals such as mercury. Eating certain types of fish regularly and also silver/amalgam dental filings can contribute a lot to the mercury level in your body. I am ordering it again pretty soon - just for the maintenance.

Please be aware that that some "health drinks" containing bentonite clay have been found to contain excessive amounts of arsenic and lead (see: http://www.nutraingredients.com/Industry/

Also be aware the Great Plains Bentonite Clay was not on the list of banned 'health drinks' in that article.

You mentioned taking this product (which I just bought yesterday) with Psyllium Husks in a shake. Are you just buying the Psyllium Husks in powder form? And what kind of shake (ie. a whey protein shake) are you mixing it with? I just drank it with water this morning and thought the taste was great, just didn't know if you were doing the whole shake thing for a health benefit or just because.
