I wear these shirts for my job (they are given to us, and must be tucked in when worn) and I would love to meet the person who decided these were long enough to be tucked in and that the enormous fit around the stomach area was appropriate. They come untucked way too easily and the bunched up look in the waist when tucked in is unavoidable unless you're very fat... it looks sloppy.
If they made these in a slimmer fit or athletic fit and with a longer tail I would buy a lot of them.

Since you have to wear it to work, take it to a tailor to fix it for you.

I have to agree, I bought one of these and the sleeves are ridiculously short. I don't understand it. Also, everything you said about the bagginess is true. I bought a medium, which is usually my size, but it's pretty big except for the sleeves. And for some reason the chest pockets are below my nips. Never had these problems with a shirt before.

Unfortunately, they are cut way too short to be tucked in, or stay tucked in. It's a genius designing these shirts, for sure.
