Very Informative Book,

After returning home frustrated from my doctor's appointment where she told me that I needed to do something about my high cholesterol, I decided to do some research on how to do it effectively.
I exercise at least 4 times a week, and try to eat a healthy diet, normal BMI, hence the frustration in learning that my cholesterol level was high. I was on a mission.
Fred Kummerow's book explained all the science, research, data and theories concerning heart disease. I am grateful to him, and his life long research. His advice makes sense to me. In fact I'm going to pass his book on to my doctor as she still thinks that by not eating foods that contain cholesterol, you will bring down the numbers.
