A solid and detailed asset for the SMB owner,

To Group Coupon Or Not is not just an review of the business model of a specific company, nor is it simply a rant on the "don'ts" of business strategy. The author goes into excellent detail not only profiling the aspects of what to avoid, but also focuses on the specific concepts and methodologies that the SMB (Small Medium Business) owner should be cognizant of when assessing their strategy. I especially like when the author (Rags Srinivasan) itemizes his "Four Cs" of business:
The author gives excellent insight and strategic concepts that will allow the SMB owner to frame their model in the most effective and efficient manner possible. Effectively following the strategies outlined in this book will allow the SMB owner to maximize their business potential and minimize downside risks.
