Samsung 450 43" 720p Plasma TV,
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Samsung PN43D450 43-Inch 720p 600 Hz Plasma HDTV (Black) [2011 MODEL] (2011 Model) (Electronics)
This Plasma TV is INCREDIBLE!! I have been researching HD TV's for 2 years and kept going back and forth between LED & Plasma. Trust me, if your primary reason for purchasing a TV is picture quality there is not comparison to the RICH colors of Plasma. If you are a sports fan, this is the TV to buy! Just keep in mind where you locate the TV in a room that you do not have a window or excessive brightnes behind it but the colors are "real" and PLASMA is definitely the way to go. Oh ya, lets not forget the price at Amazon $539.00 with no sales tax & free shipping.

No sales tax? That depends on what state you live in . . . several states, including Amazon-based Washington, collect state sales tax on Amazon-proper orders. That adds $50 to the Amazon price, making it higher than some of the Amazon partners ($65 higher for me, today, including the lower base price from another vendor).

I plan on wall mounting the TV I purchase in the kitchen between cabinets that have windows located in the same location. I have blackout window treatment on this windows which only allow a slight bit of light in through the sides. With that being said, do you think that the small amount of light will effect the viewing pleasure of this or any other TV?
