This review is from: Angry Birds: Knock On Wood Game (Toy)My 4 year old is obsessed with Angry Birds. I didn't like the idea of him spending so much time playing a video game, so this was the perfect alternative. And it's something we can do together as a family. So much fun!

Just because a game is displayed on a screen and is controlled with a piece of plastic doesn't automatically make it non-stimulating and brain-rotting (although it often does), and just because a game takes place in real life and controlled with real objects doesn't automatically make it constructive and worthwhile (although it usually does, especially if it's done as a family).

I'm thinking of getting it for my 4-year-old niece, partly because I want to play with it. Don't know if she's played the game but she loves the stuffed toys. I see it is recommended for ages 5-9, how does your 4-year-old do with it? I realize that the ages often don't mean much, but I see a certain amount of coordination is required that all 4 year olds might not have. Looks like it would be great fun just for the "knocking things over" factor, regardless.

Eggsactly! Boo to 24/7 video. I'll get this for my 6 year old knowing that my 3 year old can enjoy it too. Her mission in life is dump, scatter, leave so this will entertain her even without other players!
