5.0 out of 5 stars Best tablet for your money., August 5, 2013
This review is from: Lenovo Ideatab S6000 10.1-Inch 16GB Tablet (Black) (Personal Computers)
I did not purchased this tablet from Amazon. Had it from BB - a 32 GB version as a gift to my son. We have been using it for 2 week. Fast, responsive, light, feels very comfortably holding unit your hands. Excellent battery life. It has everything I wanted his tablet to have. Micro USB, HDMI, micro SD port for up to 64gb expansion, fast quad core processor. Excellent quality colors on the screen. JB operating system. There are no issues with this tablet, no hiccups, no glitches, period. And best part is the price. Folks, it is under $300! Are there better units on the market? Of course, yes. Are there better units for the price? May be so, but after two weeks of extensive research I could not find one. (An alternative for us was Asus Memo Pad Smart with a little better processor but less flash memory. But we decided that we need more storage at the end).
Where is the catch? For now I don't see one. Cannot be happier.

I am not too tech savy. What do you mean by less flash memory?
WHat memory does the Loveno ideatab S6000 have that the Asus doesn't have, please.
What does this mean exactly?
I thought the Asus had 2GB of memory and the Loveno S6000 had 1GB RAM
The link below shows a comparison, so I am not clear about what you mean.
Thanks for any help with this.
ASUS MeMO Pad Smart ME301T-A1-BL 10.1-Inch 16 GB Tablet ( Blue )

Both of them have 1 GB of RAM. My version has 32 gb internal memory. Lenovo S6000 expands to 64 gb using micro sd (that was I meant), Asus to 32gb - officially. Said that, I am pretty sure that Asus can accept 64 gb card, as well. If not, the card can be reformatted and still put on.
My tablet still works absolutely fine and I am very, very happy with it but... if your are in process of shopping for good and affordable Tablet do you search, check and see other options, too. For example, newer model - Asus MeMopad 10"FHD looks pretty darn good... You know, there is always something new and better on the market.

Thanks for answering.
The man at Tiger Direct yesterday was showing me that the Asus MeMopad FHD 10 inch has 2 GB RAM and the Galaxy Tab 10 inch and Lenovo S6000 10 inch only have 1 GB.
I realize now that you were referring to a different model Asus.
This is a bit like trying to learn a foreign language with all the terminology and specs, etc..
Thank you.
