Edges curl up in the oven :(,

C'mon MARTHA, you could have at least baked a sheet of cookies on this product before slapping your face and name all over it!
I really wanted to love this and I did until I looked into the oven half way through baking my cookies - the edges curl up in the oven. I'm sure it's great for baking cakes but on a cookie sheet which isn't always weighted down it can be disastrous. Luckily I was only making oatmeal cookies (see my pic) and not something more expensive/time consuming like macarons which I'm sure would've been destroyed. I read somewhere that you could fold it (which I did, at each corner but it still curled), but then it's width would be too narrow and it would defeat the whole convenience of having it lay flat in the first place.
-Sides curl up in the oven destroying your cookies
- Great width, fits inside a 1/2 half sheet pan perfectly (unlike that bizarre size parchment paper comes in)
- Lays flat on your sheet pan before you put it in the oven (unlike regular rolled parchment which keeps curling back - but see the CON comment!)
