1.0 out of 5 stars Poorly sewn, April 30, 2011
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Journee Collection Womens Slouch Knee-High Microsuede Boot (Apparel)
I have these boots in every color except black. I bought the black and it was a disaster. There was a staple in the packaging that ruined the suede. I wore them for ten minutes and the middle front seem opened up. They are half a size too big to leave room for jeans but still they burst open at the top edge seam, front middle seam, and the side of the heel. Not worth the money. I'll buy them twice if I have them fixed. $30 bucks in the trash during a bad economy is a bad thing.

M says:
Why not return them? The seller clearly states the following (see seller feedback): "When a customer receives a damaged or defective item we provide a return label so the customer can return the item at no cost. We can either issue a replacement or a full refund."

Because I wore them once when I noticed the problem. There was a note in the box that says you can't return them once they've been worn.
