Purchased for my Son,
This review is from: Kinect Rush: A Disney Pixar Adventure - Xbox 360 (Video Game)
My son is eight years old and a Pixar fanatic. He watches the movies daily. He has a few Autism Spectrum Disorder issues and fixates on things pretty hard. Currently, that is Pixar and most of the movies. He has played Toy Story 3 on the PS3 and PSP to the point where he deletes the game each day so he can do it again, so finding a new title for him that incorporates movement was something I was hoping he'd enjoy.
I showed this too him, and after some initial coaching he's taken to this like a fish in water. I haven't personally had time to interact with the game much but between himself and his older sister (10) they have been having a blast with it.
This is a great game for any fan of the PIxar series. They sure love it.

Because of your comment I am going to buy this and try it out for my son too! He is Autistic and 19, but with the mentality of a 4 year old at times. I have had a hard time trying to find things for him to play and the Kinect was a massive hit! If your son loves this game, as you say, then he will most likely love the "Kinects Sports" as well.
Its my sons favorite for the past 3 years. So much so I've had to buy the disc three times now! LOL
Gosh knows its hard enough to find games that have the ability for our special needs kids to navigate through. So when I saw my son handle the controls and access the games from the Kinects Sports on his own, I knew the Kinects was a hit! I was so overjoyed to watch him do it himself I almost cried! I am Sooo glad I dumped my Wii for it!
Thanks for the comment, you've given me a reason to try this game. I look forward to playing something new with my son!
