I absolutely loved reading this book. This book provided a breakdown of all the things that could be keeping you from that nice flat stomach we all want. I especially liked the recipes in the back of the book. My stomach has been my problem area forever and now with this book I'm getting on the road to a flatter, sexier tummy. Shout out to JJ Smith!!! She uses her knowledge to help us women and men empower and improve our overall images (inside and out).
