Like many I did a 'modified version'. Didn't fully follow the diet and took 1-2 rest days each week. However, even with my modifications, I lost 8.5 pounds and 12.5 inches. I dropped from a size 8 to 4. Even better, I've kept with the program and continue to get stronger.

Hi J.Smith! Thanks for your comment, because I just started this TA method and I was wondering if I can modified. How do you distribute the whole routine in the 5 days that you workout?

Finally, someone who posted something on a fitness DVD with my same goals. I am also a size 8 wanting to get to a size 4. When people post a review on a fitness program or DVD, I have no idea if they started out extremely over weight or if they were trying to lose the last 20 to 10 pounds. Any exercise program will make an overweight person lose; I have been desperately seeking someone who has actually done a program and made it to a slim size 4ish or lost the last 10 to 20 pounds. And it is great to find a review that is not the typical "I have done this for 1 week and had results" or "I just did my first workout and loved it". I want to read someone with long-term results! Thanks! You sold me/Tracy!

My doctor has me on another eating plan to balance hormones ( very similar to Chris Powell's Choose to Lose Carb cycling program). Might I ask what modifications you made foodwise? I'm glad to know that you stuck with it and that it has worked long term. I'm going to take Tracy's advice and create my own playlist and include some of my aerobic belly dance routines such as saidi and zar. Thanks for the review.
