The Review Invasion,
A Kid's Review
This review is from: A Farewell to Justice: Jim Garrison, JFK's Assassination, and the Case That Should Have Changed History (Hardcover)
As I said in a previous review, just about all the issues raised in these negative reviews are answered in the book. Particularly scurillous are the allegations that Garrison was somehow mob-connected and covering up for said entity, which is just blatantly untrue. Jim Garrison did, in fact, pursue evidence of mob involvement in the assassination; Marcello even attempted to get him removed from office. Nor did the mob flourish in New Orleans under Garrison. All this is documented in Mellen's book. As for our friend, the "completely innocent" Mr. Shaw, who one of our good reviewers seems to think was "for all intents murdered" by Garrison, the evidence of his guilt is clear and convincing. Note how the attack reviewers don't address a bit of the evidence against him.
