All of her cookbooks are amazing and this is no different. Recipes are amazing, but it's more than just a cookbook, it's a great book. It's a, "I want to make this recipe SOOO bad and I'm SOOO hungry but I really want to read the intro first" kind of book. Once you get to the kitchen, Dreena is present for every recipe with tips, ideas, and personal anecdotes. You feel like you know her after just a few evenings together in the kitchen. She makes eating a healthy vegan diet simply delicious. Weather you are vegan, vegetarian, or honestly still a carnivore, this is the book for you. But all of her cookbooks are. I've made almost every recipe of hers, and have now started in on these latest from "Let Them Eat Vegan" and nothing has changed. This stuff is everything and then some! And if you are new to the diet, she is the best instructor. I have slowly transitioned to a complete vegan diet, whole foods connoisseur, and organic foodie, solely with the help of Dreena Burton. This cookbook is so informative. I recommend this and ALL of her books! AMAZING!!!!!!
